Tia DeBord

Professional Bio

Tia joined GlobauxSource in early 2020, post-retirement from her post of Administrative and Training Coordinator for the Sheriff’s Association of Texas, a career she enjoyed for 20 years after serving in the United States Army. As Coordinator, Tia assisted in planning and organizing law enforcement training schedules, committee meetings and conferences, and managed the Conference Youth Program. During her time managing conference room blocks and housing lists, she developed and maintained strong and continuing relationships with hotel suppliers. Tia was also responsible for extensive record-keeping and association publications, including a quarterly magazine, weekly e-newsletter, and association website.

Tia has brought to GlobauxSource the extensive knowledge and experience she developed during her career, and the dedication from her work in the military. Her specific talents expand the reach and breadth of the GlobauxSource team of professionals.

Away from work, Tia is co-founder of a church ministry, and assists with its administrative workload. She enjoys cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
